Xeni
Scope
As the lead designer, my primary role was to redesign Xeni’s complex B2B ecosystem into an intuitive, scalable white-label platform. The scope included building a complete multi-tenant experience, standardising modular design system. For user friendly global deployment across 70+ countries, and simplifying complex travel APIs into effortless booking workflows.
White Label Command Center Levelling
This is a high level bird’s eye view of Xeni's white label solution architecture. Since the project landscape was massive, introducing hyper categorisation was the only way to avoid absolute chaos. And to maintain optimised user journeys for all major 4 user profiles listed below.

Design System
Shared library of UI tokens, design blocks and styles with a pinch of branding in order to maintain brand coherence and consistency.

Business, Competition & Growth
Addressing and leveraging the critical gaps in the travel market amongst giants like Expedia to give Xeni’s B2B subscribers a clear competitive edge and a much faster & efficient route to growth.

Product Design Challenge
One of the biggest challenge in this model was it’s scale and the absolute necessity to maintain coherence within all attribute of interaction prototypes.
Solution
To solve this problem, I came up with a rule based system.
After every working session allocate time to declutter at E.O.D. Before any major modification, test working state of prototype. This helps in resolving bugs later. Always share locked & duplicate version with production team, minimise access to source file.rary of UI tokens, design blocks and styles with a pinch of branding in order to maintain brand coherence and consistency.
White-Label Product
Xeni’s white-label product design consisted an array of low to high level functions. The base requirement was maintain each function for 4 major user profiles : Super Admin, Sales Agent, Agency Owner & Client.
Designing the architecture of white-label product wasn’t as challenging as consolidation of these high level functions with the responsive structure such as : integrating a live landing page modification’s settings module, User behaviour data analytics module, Marketing and promotion solutions module, etc.
Booking Engine
Every bookable service comes from a differential selection of vendor APIs, on it’s own each service followed a standardised user journey path. Things start to implode when we move towards a multi-cart booking system.
Here the big challenge was to design a booking engine system that was highly responsive, accommodating all major screen size aspect ratios and streamlining the single checkout function based on multi-cart services and itinerary.

Landing Product
Along with the White-Lable product, we also extended our collaboration on a multitude of additional solutions for the brand.
XeniPay : Xeni’s Payment Solution Architecture
Xeni’s Landing Product : Specifically re-designed structure to reduce bounce rate
Investor Pitch Deck, Presentations, Marketing Assets, etc.
